Provincetown is a New England town located at the extreme tip of Cape Cod in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, in the United States.
Provincetown, named “America’s Favorite Beach Town” by Travel & Leisure Magazine – August 2016, was and still is one of the largest Artist Colonies in the country.
In 2010, Kenyon began his journey by following the Masters of Color of Provincetown, Massachusetts.
Master Colorists Plein-Air Impressionists Camille Przewodek, Rob Longley and John Ebersberger introduced Kenyon to Monet’s impressionist tradition of seeing and painting color with the influence of light.
They studied under Master Impressionist Henry Hensche (1901-1992) who assisted Charles Hawthorne (1872-1903) at the Cape Cod School of Art in Provincetown.
